Boxer Superstores Port Elizabeth is a leading discount supermarket store with a vast product offering in South Africa’s Eastern Cape province. When the Boxer Superstores chain first opened its doors in Empangeni, KwaZulu-Natal four decades ago it was known as KwaZulu Cash & Carry. Throughout the duration of its existence, the company has transitioned from operating solely as a traditional wholesaler to becoming a household name with retail consumers. There are now 250 Boxer Superstores shops that cater to an ever-growing customer base. In addition to selling standard supermarket products, the company has also successfully introduced extended services such as electricity and television licence payments to better meet the needs of their evolving audience.
